Inventory CMS for a listed auto manufacturer

ClientListed auto manufacturer (anonymized)
IndustryAutomotive
Period2023
TypeCMS-driven website + dealer portal

Context

The manufacturer needed to move from a static brochure website to a CMS-driven platform that could keep dozens of dealer pages in sync with central inventory and product specifications.

The problem

Vehicle data is structured, voluminous and changes frequently — engine specs, trim levels, colour options, dealer availability. Marketing wanted full editorial control over the public site without involving developers in routine updates. Dealers needed their own pages that pulled from central inventory but could be customised locally.

What we built

A CMS-driven public website with structured product templates, image management, and SEO-optimised vehicle pages. A dealer-facing portal with role-based access, lead routing from public site forms, and dealer-level inventory management that synced back to the central system.

Outcome

Marketing team gained full control over the public site without developer involvement for routine updates. Dealer network moved from email-based lead handoff to structured lead routing with attribution.
