Sales force automation for a global pharma company
Context
A leading global pharmaceutical company needed to digitise its medical-rep sales operation. Reps were tracking visits on paper, managers were rebuilding schedules in Excel weekly, and there was no reliable way to verify whether a planned doctor visit had actually happened.
The problem
The sector's realities make off-the-shelf CRMs a poor fit. Reps work in remote areas on patchy connections. Compliance requires photo evidence of certain visits. Doctor specialty matching, sample management and territory rules all need first-class support, not afterthoughts.
What we built
A mobile app for reps covering daily schedule, doctor visits with live GPS capture during the meeting, photo evidence upload, sample tracking, and offline-first behaviour for low-connectivity areas. A web portal for managers covering scheduling, territory assignment, real-time visibility, and exception reporting (visits that did not happen, GPS off, schedule slipping).
Outcome
200+ reps onboarded across multiple territories. Manager visibility moved from weekly Excel rebuilds to real-time dashboards. Visit verification went from "trust the rep" to GPS-and-photo-backed evidence.
